Contact information you submit through forms (name, email, company, role), engagement context (equipment, lanes, volume, freight pain points), and standard web telemetry such as IP, device, and pages viewed.
How we intend to use it (draft)
To respond to inquiries, scope engagements, operate the Command Center workspace for authorized users, and improve the service. PowTrans does not intend to sell personal information.
Data location (draft)
Application data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with row-level isolation per organization. Specific subprocessor disclosures will be published with the final policy.
